Artist's Biography:

Roberta Van Zandt Loflin is a native of Demarest, New Jersey.

After obtaining a BA in Art History and Theory from George Washington University, she remained in the Washington, D.C. area where she studied communication design at Northern Virginia Community College and color theory, watercolor and drawing at the Art League School in Alexandria, Va.
She taught art classes and held workshops for preschool teachers, parents, grade school students and educational conferences in Northern Virginia.

Since moving to Baton Rouge, she has had the opportunity to teach watercolor through Louisiana Art and Artists Guild, LSU Lagniappe Continuing Education, and LSU Union Leisure classes.

She currently has work on display at LAAG Gallery and other Baton Rouge locations.
